Let me tell you a bit about myself.

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland, and grew up in the nearby town of Columbia. As a child, you couldn't stop me from doing every possible extracurricular activity there was. I did everything from playing three instruments to competitive gymnastics. Somewhere in there too, was dance. As time went on and other things fizzled out, dance became my passion, and with much humility, it led me to The Juilliard School in New York City. It was during my final year there as a B.F.A. candidate that I discovered a passion for photography.

The photography bug bit me and its infection spread fast. Whether it be a newly engaged couple sharing a kiss at sunset, the exaggerated pose of a model selling a garment, or the split second a dancer hits the height of a jump, that most people would never even think of attempting, I love it all. It drives me and it fuels my belief that creating art is essential to continued happiness in our lives. I too, want to capture those moments that could one day, years down the road, be recounted as beautifully, cherished memories.
